§01About
About OFK Official

Built to run like an engineering firm.

OFK Official exists because most brands do not have a distribution problem or a creative problem — they have an operations problem. Good ideas arrive late, publish irregularly, and land nowhere measurable. We were built to be the department that fixes all three, permanently.

Ownership

A specialized brand management unit owned and operated by ZENITHIA LLC, New Mexico, USA. Contracts, invoicing and data handling run through the entity — not an individual.

§02Mission
Mission

Give every serious brand a growth department it can actually rely on.

One team accountable for production, channel operation, traffic and paid — with the judgement of senior operators and the throughput of modern tooling.

Vision

Make consistent, compounding distribution the default, not the exception.

A market where growth is a documented system with owners and cadence, instead of a monthly bet on whatever trend appears on Monday.

§03Hybrid model
The hybrid model

Machine speed. Human soul.

The split is deliberate and stage by stage. Machines do the work that needs volume; people do the work that needs taste, ethics and accountability.

Division of labour between AI and human specialists at each stage of the growth loop.
StageMachineHuman

PublishingSchedules, tracks and flags anomalies in timing or delivery.Writes the caption, seeds the comments, operates the community.
OptimizationAssembles performance data and surfaces patterns across the library.Makes the call: kill, keep, or double down — and explains why.
Client contactDrafts reports, meeting notes and status updates for review.Owns your account, your strategy and every promise made to you.
§04Standards
Quality standards

Six rules we do not negotiate.

01

No unreviewed output

A human approves every asset, caption and reply before it carries your name.

02

Source files, always

Project files, raw footage and edit timelines are delivered, not hoarded.

03

Voice lock

A written voice guide is agreed at onboarding and enforced in review.

04

Plain-language reporting

If a number does not change a decision, it does not appear in the report.

05

Deadline accountability

Production dates are contractual, not aspirational. Misses are reported openly.

06

Discretion by default

NDA on day one, least-privilege access, and no client ever used as a prop.

§05Transparency
Corporate transparency

Who you are signing with.

Every engagement, invoice and data request is handled by a registered US entity with published legal documents. No anonymous operators, no offshore shell, no ambiguity about who is liable.
